Up First is NPR’s daily news podcast designed to give you essential news to start your day. Each weekday, the podcast delivers the three biggest stories of the day with in-depth reporting and analysis from NPR’s news team in just about ten minutes. Hosted by Leila Fadel, Steve Inskeep, Michel Martin, and A Martinez, it airs weekdays at 6:30 a.m. ET. On Saturdays, Ayesha Rascoe and Scott Simon bring you updates. Why I Like It
I don’t want to watch or listen to the news, but I hate to be the last one to know about the disaster that happened last month. This is a short podcast that I try to listen to every day to stay current on the news.
